A summery of Your Favorite Annoying T...

Hello, I am YFAT or Lo. I have been writing/around on Journal Scape for over a decade now. Time flies! This journal chronicles my random thoughts, high moments and sometimes low, throughout high school, college, and now beyond, into the world of "adulthood", whatever that means.

Sinerely, ~Lo

-.-

Why did I bother waking this morning?

I wake up this morning in my slow way and I'm like "I feel pleasant and happy the sunlight is pretty like on the weekend and my legs are like 'Mmmm happiness' almost as though I haven't been woken by an alarm clock. Alarm clock. Alarm clock! It didn't go off!" I get up and I'm like "Gah! It's 8:00!" I run around grabbing clothes and stuff. I see someone out the window sprinting like hell to the building where I have class. I look over and Sammy is still out of it herself.
I run out the door to math class....
And find it was utterly pointless. I was bored outta my mutha truckin' brains. I was like "I rushed up here for number lines, intergers and absolute value? Baby stuff!" For the first time all semester I passed notes with my friend Heather ranting about education class. Yeah, it was booooooor-ring.
Then afterward I head upstairs to Soc and I'm sitting there and I'm like "Hmmm why is no one here yet? Oh my god! I don't have class! Duh!!!"
So I go get some breakfast and then I wander to the building where I have education.

I feel like I should be tired but I had deep, uninterrupted and solid sleep and then woke up of my own accord so I really feel quite awake for the most part. It is the first really good sleep I've had in maybe a week or more which is really nice. It would have been slightly nicer had I not rushed after it but it's good.

I hate the weather. I've been really sore and it feels like someone kicked me really hard in my left hip/butt area. I saw Jeff yesterday, the advisor to a club I'm in and also an athletic dude and he's like "Did you get hurt? Are you limping?" "Huh? No. Athritis." The day before it was my left wrist. Whenever it is my wrists I have to fight back the strong urge to bite things. I took some Aleve and wrapped it and it got better but man do I hate when my wrists get going. Thank god I stage fight with my right hand (even though the katana is two handed but all the movement there is mostly arms work).

Yeah, Tina and I's fight is looking pretty sick right now. We altered some things and it is pretty much a done deal. There a whole story in it now.

I'm guarding the ship and she's coming up behind me when a board creaks. I spin around and parry a blow to my left arm, then right leg and then a right arm thrust. As she goes by the thrust I grab her, throw her, do a moulinet(like a big circle on my right side) to her head, she blocks blind, disarms me then laughs. I do the big punch and as I'm punching she's throwing her sword sort of like surprised across her chest and I catch it one handed with my right hand as I'm pulling back from the punch. I go to do a big moulinet again that she blocks with the palms of her hands and then pushes down so that I'm like bent over. Then she does a half step back and reels her arm up for a big thing. I'm like "oooo shit" and she nails me under the chin. I stumble back, she rolls for my sword. I charge for for an left shoulder attack that she blocks, pushes in to a hanging parry from my right to left. Then she's open for a thrust to the right. I got for it and she sort of dodges but as I pull back I slice her wrist and she drops the sword. Then it's like "Yeah baby!" and I do an overhead swing that she dodges and comes up to kick me in the side. I fall over, lose my sword. Meanwhile she is grabbing a net. I jump up and grab for my cutlass and run at her but before I can hit her she entangles me in the net, I srop my sword and I'm dragged off stage.
To write all that is rather long but it is a pretty quick and thrilling fight with a lot of interesting things.

Paul and the Captain have a pretty good fight too now. There's was pretty boring at first but then our trainer sort of got them doing a really awesome circle-movement based fight thing with a lot of awesome moves. I love it and it shows that our leaders know their stuff. Before Tina and I would have dominated but now Captain and Paul definitely shine bright. They're also using real metal swords so they literally shine.

Oh, hahaha. Paul had the idea that during freshman orientation him and I would do a stage fight for the freshman talent show thing. That or when security is introducing themselves Paul and I come out fighting each other like "Meet your Wells security". We figure it will make a nice impression. People will be hesitant to mess with us, haha.

Well that's all for now. I have class.
Peace.
~Lo
