A summery of Your Favorite Annoying T...

Hello, I am YFAT or Lo. I have been writing/around on Journal Scape for over a decade now. Time flies! This journal chronicles my random thoughts, high moments and sometimes low, throughout high school, college, and now beyond, into the world of "adulthood", whatever that means.

Sinerely, ~Lo

Bleeding Love

Bleeding love
I'll show you blood
As it drip down the arms that I used to hold you up.

Bleeding love
I'll show you blood
As it drip drops from the holes in my hands where I nailed myself to you, my friend.

Bleeding love
I'll show you blood
As it falls from my eyes in the form of tears knowing that I won't see your face for years.

Bleeding love
I'll show you blood
As it drips from my feet on to the road after I walked and ran these miles just to get to you, forever at your side no matter how far.

Bleeding love
I'll show you blood
As it drips from my stomach where I helped to stomach your pain and swore together it would help us gain a unity a bond that would go forever on.

Bleeding love
I'll show you blood
As it flows from my heart where everything did start where I first promised myself as a beat beside you to the end.

Bleeding love
I'll show you blood
I bleed it every day in the form of the friendship you have to throw away.

Bleeding love
I'll show you blood
I bleed it every day in the form of the friendships that keep me livin', keep me sane.

Love is the blood that flows through my veins and though I lose it I forever gain.

Morbid. Graphic. Rambling. Repetition. Yup. That's my style. This has been waiting to come out after listening to "Bleeding Love" by Leona Lewis a lot and thinking about what bleeding love means to me. Supply the rhymes of Lupe Fiasco as my muse's heart beat and out comes the poem I've been waiting for since I met it's caterpillar months before.

Feel free to crit. I'm feeling poetic lately.
~Lo
