A summery of Your Favorite Annoying T...

Hello, I am YFAT or Lo. I have been writing/around on Journal Scape for over a decade now. Time flies! This journal chronicles my random thoughts, high moments and sometimes low, throughout high school, college, and now beyond, into the world of "adulthood", whatever that means.

Sinerely, ~Lo

GOBAMA!!!!!!

So...

GOBAMA!!!!!

Um, yeah, all I can say is awesome.

Last night I had class but our professor let us out early. I stopped in the Student Union which was really full with people watching it all on the big projection screen. It was a little more full than when they had the debates. Everyone was eating popcorn, cotton candy, chips and drinking soda. Obama already had a 100 electoral vote go over McCain.
However I left thinking I'd come back around midnight and see how it was going since everyone thought it was going to be really close and all.
Clearly, electoral vote-wise it was not.
It was around 11pm and Vicci calls me and is like "Do you know?!" I update yahoo.com and start screaming.
Then I stood up and really started screaming.
And then I did this crazy jig/Native American Smoke Dance thing just hoping around and screaming.
Then I hugged my roomie.
Then I ran through the halls.
Then I sang the congrats song.
Finally I sorta calmed down.
But then an insane giggle fit overwhelmed me and I was like nuts.
I went to stand up but was still in the giggle fit. My roomie nearly died when I just whipped off my bra from under my shirt and stood there like Saturday Night Fever disco pose. Then I just kind of fell over laughing and waggling my feet while being in a ball.
I had a happygasm and just wanted to hug and squeeze everything.

Everyone else on campus was going pretty crazy too. People were definitely pretty hoarse.

However by the time that 11:30 or midnight came around exhaustion hit me like a rock. I crawled in my bed and was half out except for jumping when people in the hallway were screaming and when Guy ran in to attack us. By that point I grumbled about turning the overhead light off because I was like...half asleep mumbling happy and wanted to go back to real sleep.

But yeah...
And there was much rejoicing.

I doubt people will be too happy about being in class this morning though, hahaha.

GOBAMA!!!!

Peace
~Lo
