We got it! Closing was midday, and everything went better than we'd expected. I've started moving boxes of stuff in and I'll be doing so for the rest of the week until we move everything else over (except the furniture--we still need to arrange for that to be moved).

We're both relieved and happy we now have a house! Woohoo!

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to eat dinner and collapse from exhaustion...
