Daily Photo Shoot - Day 1

I'm going to start, just for February, a DAILY PHOTO SHOOT today.

These entries may be the only ones I do on any given day or I may write an extra journal entry, too, but I am going to try to put in a photo (or 2 or 3) each day, taken around my immediate world.

OK?

Day #1 ~ 1st February 2013

As you can see, it's a pretty nice day out there. We've had snow and rain and sleet and fog and wind - the wind being the major occurrence. It felt like a mini-tornado the other day when it blew through here.

Lots of damage was reported in the papers all around the area, and a tree was blown down in the back of the house in the little wooded area. No damage to us and no power loss, but there were many others who lost power because of it. Don't much like wild wind.

So that's the state of things here on the first of February, 2013.

Be good and play together nicely until I return.

Cheers,

Bex

"The one absolutely unselfish friend that man can have in this selfish world, the one that never deserts him, the one that never proves ungrateful or treacherous, is his dog...

He will kiss the hand that has no food to offer; he will lick the wounds and sores that come in encounter with the roughness of the world...

When all other friends desert, he remains."
