The frightening consequences of electroshock therapy

I'm a middle aged government attorney living in a rural section of the northeast U.S. I'm unmarried and come from a very large family. When not preoccupied with family and my job, I read enormous amounts, toy with evolutionary theory, and scratch various parts on my body.

This journal is filled with an enormous number of half-truths and outright lies, including this sentence.

Advice from animals

A friend sent me this as an email today and I decided to share.

Run when you need to.


Always give lots of kisses.


Meet new people, even if they look different.


Love your friends, no matter who they are.


Don't waste food.


Take an occasional risk.


Relax!


Try to have a little fun every day.


Say I love you often.


Express yourself creatively.


Be conscious of your appearance.


Always be up for surprises.


Love someone with all of your heart.


Share with friends.


It will get better.


There is always someone who loves you more than you know


Exercise to keep fit.


Indulge in the things you truly love.


Live up to your name.


Hold onto good friends. They are few and far between.


Get some rest when you need it.


And smile at least once every day.
