Brainsalad The frightening consequences of electroshock therapy I'm a middle aged government attorney living in a rural section of the northeast U.S. I'm unmarried and come from a very large family. When not preoccupied with family and my job, I read enormous amounts, toy with evolutionary theory, and scratch various parts on my body. 2007-05-15 3:46 PM I hope they don't screw this one up. The Dark is Rising is being made into a movie. It is the first book of what ranks as my favorite fantasy series of all time.
It has a release date of October of 2007, and it looks a bit lower budget than "The Chronicles of Narnia" or the upcoming "The Golden Compass". In the words of one of the commenters, "i swear to god if they rape my childhood i will kill them all with improvised weaponry. Such as spoons, and bits of chalk."
