Why do I feel so happy that mine didn't? ...and so proud that he didn't really care?

They are NINE years old for goodness sakes!!

When I picked him up from school, on the day of the Field Trip, he had just been playing soccer.

His pants were rolled halfway up his calves, his shirt (with collar) was thrown in his back-pack and his t-shirt was pulled out of his pants and very grubby...

...THAT'S what nine year old boys should look like.

(still trying to picture the goalie in a tux...)

In other news...

...One week to go until Pray for the Soul of Betty start their Winter Tour (WOO-HOO).

Even though I'm not going to make it to a show; seeing everyone getting ready and planning trips (feeling their excitement), is really something to smile about!

Can't wait for the new music, new pictures and new stories...

oh and...

...It's my turn with the 'stomach-flu', which is just what I needed - but let's face it, it was gonna happen, right?

(and at least it might help me lose a couple of pounds!)
