Hey Everyone
About 3 weeks ago i started on the Weight Watchers diet. Im not gonna say how much i started out with but i will say I LOST 5 POUNDS!!! =) Im on the points system u get a certian amount of points per day & now with this 5 pound loss IM IN A WHOLE NEW POINT BRACKET!! =)
Im keeping a weight watchers notebook to track my points per day and its been good so far. Out of the 3 weeks i only went over my point range once but only by a few points=)
If mother nature ever decides 2 look at the calander and figure out that its spring & not winter , i can go out for walks without freezin my ass off. I also ordered for myself a stair stepper so i can do it when its freezing out.
