Only slightly pathetic.

I began Weight Watchers last week with a student of mine, realizing after 21 months it is no longer "baby weight." I lost 35-40 pounds on WW several years ago, then when we moved to Atlanta I promptly began eating it on because of stress and such. Then came the pregnancy, and, well...just suffice it to say all was fair eating these last 30 months.

Good news is that the program is actually do-able again, and I'm finding myself really committed (we ate Mexican food yesterday and I didn't gorge on enchiladas and such which is a HUGE improvement for me!). I even lost 4.2 pounds last week!

I weighed in today, and have dropped to another "point" range (meaning I lost about 100 calories a day in my budget), so I decided I needed to earn at least one activity point, which means 15 minutes of some kind of activity.

It is cold here today (our one day of winter), so no walking around the loop. I didn't want to go work out in the workout room. So, I did what every mother of a toddler does...

I danced for 15 minutes to the Wiggles.

God help me. God help us all.
