W. and I went to see the above mentioned musical this past Saturday in the smaller town next door. They have an outdoor theater on the river.

Surprisingly, we knew several folks in the performance, even our church music director! And my colleague actually played both a hooker and church lady in the production which lived up to any idea you may have of small-town community theater.

The best part, though, is that Miss Mona, the madam of the establishment, was played by a woman whose real name is....are you ready?????
