So, through some wizardry of high caliber I managed to get two boxes of presents going to Plattsburgh, two larger gifts also Plattsburgh bound, one box of presents going to Buffalo, one larger gift going to Buffalo that wouldn't fit in the box, two gift pool presents (I'll explain in a moment) going to Buffalo, and Brian and my luggage into the car with, I hope, room left for Brian and I plus one case of cds. I assure you this was not easy, and my back is killing me.

Okay, so gift pool presents--basically none of the "adults" give each other presents in Brian's family (except for the grandparents and Nancy, the former gets gifts for everyone and the latter exchanges gifts with Brian and I). Instead each adult brings a thirty dollar gift and they are distributed randomly through this complex game that may end up with everyone getting something pointless. Last year Brian got a label-maker and I got a book and a sweater.

Anything else I have to say can wait until I have slightly more energy. Did I mention there is a Dungeons and Dragons game tonight. Sigh....
