Apparently the Ojiepat has completely gone insane from lack of journal entries. So I am sitting here at 2:30 in the morning writing one.

Which may be an improvement from the earlier part of the day, IE the working on a jigsaw puzzle from 9:30 PM to about ten minutes ago. I got it done though.

Actually, today has been a pretty good day all around. Kyle and I went to Henrietta (which is about 25 to 35 minutes away via car) to get decent chinese food for lunch. It was nice to just sit and chat, plus as a bonus Kyle got lunch. We stopped at the gaming store afterwards and I picked up some card games for Brian and I. One of them is called Programmer's Nightmare. I bet Pat would love it.

Following lunch and assorted accompanying activities I took Tempest to the vet. She's been acting a bit sluggish. It turns out that she just needs me to be better about giving her her medicine. I have unfortunately neglected that a bit too much. Both she and Whisper need medication (Tempest for low blood sugar caused by a hormonal problem and Whisper for both Cushing's Disease and an insulanoma). Both of them have to go in in two weeks for blood work, but the vet assures me that all is fine.

I have to go in for blood work soon too. Sigh...

Other than that stuff I watched some Babylon 5 with Brian and then retreated into the puzzle room.

Now, I am going to bed.

Night, all!

Okay, it's eight hours later and I am up and about. The plan for today is simple: 1)clean house. 2)play Dungeons and Dragons (assuming no one cancels at the last minute) 3)do some writing 4)start a new puzzle after hanging the old ones.

That is about it. We'll see how successfull it is.
