What we did, see, what we did was do a big team effort and made jasmine rice, phat thai, pla duk tod krob phat phed (crispy catfish curry), and a somewhat modified khao phat kamin (curried pumpkin with fried rice)—modifed because we couldn't find a kobocha, which is kind of a Thai pumpkin, and substituted an Indian squash that the always helpful guy down at the Indian market recommended.

It was awesome.
