So many things to do. Camp stuff hasn't been put away yet, dirty dishes are witing for clean dishes to leave the drainer, laundry - it's everywhere.

I'm home today, but have to work tonight. It's the Mr. Relay Pageant, raising funds for Relay for Life.
Red Neck Men in dresses. It's a good laugh.

I began the revisions of the Intelliguide description of West Virginia yesterday evening, and spent about three hours. It felt good. Really good. I love revision.
At least I love revising stuff someone else wrote.

Okay, so I'm a little wierd.

There's something about it though - saying, "Okay, this is what you have, I can make it better."

I also have never really used Word's tracking tool much either - how it marks changes is rather interesting - leaving deletions in lined-through red.

Some of it needs nothing. History and geography of the state really have not changed. The recreation section only included one item, so it didn't need "revision" per se, just "additions."

The destinations section... Well, when I finished last night, it was so red I couldn't hardly decipher what I had done.

Welp, that was enough for one day.

I saved a copy without the tracking on, and printed it to finish up last night. Today I will review that and begin refining again.

Probably the one thing that troubles me about the original piece is that it was obviously written by someone NOT from West Virginia. The piece is very one-sided, favoring mainly one section of the state.

It feels good to be adding some balance to the piece.

But, here I am talking about it and not doing it, and also not doing dishes or laundry or anything else.

Better get up and get movin'.
