My cousin E is coming this weekend. I haven't seen her in... Well, two years?

She is one of the most fabulous people on the planet, and I cannot wait to see her.

I know, by the time she leaves, my sides will hurt from laughing all weekend.

Now who doesn't need a dose of that every now and then?

OF course, I have to work while she's here, but it is the local Relay for Life, and no reason why she can't go with me.

Sometime, while she's here, we will find and take over one of the local karaoke machines, and sing, sing, sing.

Man, can she sing.

She says she's been practicing one of my favorite songs, and will sing for me when she arrives, but wouldn't tell me what song it was.

She called yesterday, said she'd be here today.

Thus, I have been in a cleaning frenzy since then.

Thank goodness I dusted last weekend!

Of course, there's new dust now, but not so noticably thick.

Frank had to work this morning, so Daisy and I have a quiet morning to ourselves - it doesn't happen often, and I enjoy times like this.

I slept in until 9 ~ whoo hoo!

I'll be up all night tonight with E. anyway, so I'm glad I got a little extra sleep.

We have two years to catch up on you know.

In two days.

And it will be like we never missed a single moment.

Oh, I have needed an E. visit - bad.

She says she needs her "Lisa fix."

Maybe not for the rest of the world, but for us, it's a holiday weekend.
