9 appointments

My to do list continues to be astronomically long, but Wednesday I managed to whittle it down a little by making 9 appointments. Appointment #1 involved dragging David around Fred Meyer while I picked up a prescription. Appointment #2 meant taking Rose out of school a little early today to see the doctor. My mom, John, and I had all noticed that Rose's feet rolled in while she walked. Since that was true of me as well and I had to have special shoes (yuck), we figured we better have it checked out. And while we were there, we thought we'd get some growths on her feet looked at.

Well, it turns out the rolling is no big deal. She does have slightly pronating or flat feet. The doctor said they don't do anything about it until around 10 and even then it's usually over the counter inserts. John noticed the rolling inward pretty severely when Rose was wearing old tired sneakers, so we'll just keep her in new shoes.

The growths turned out to be warts (which I have too.) Again, it's a low maintenance kind of thing. The doctor just wants Rose to file at it nightly. We forgot tonight.

So, it was a quick easy visit, and then the doctor said did we want to get a flu shot? Cool, appointments #3, and 4 covered right there.
