outfit 1: Notre Dame shorts from nine years ago when we lived in South Bend and taught at Notre Dame; a t-shirt probably twice as old with lovely wild flowers and holes, Mom is sure I should throw it out; sneakers.

I scurried off to jazzercise in the morning which was great because I got to see my friend Michelle and work-out.

outfit 2: Not Your Daughter's Jeans, the stretchy type that fit no matter what; a low cut red top I bought for the zydeco performance last year; black sneakerish dance shoes.

Mom watched the kids while John and I went to our two hour zydeco class. So much fun!

outfit 3: Senagalese floor length blue dress with train and gold embroidery, sandals.

We went to a prince and princess birthday party. This dress used to be my grandmother's. It's done me very well for Halloween. David matched me in a fantastic ensemble from Yemin.

outfit 4: black twirly skirt, that same red top, low heeled pretty dance shoes.

Mom watched the kids while John and I went to a rehearsal, then out to dinner, then to a dance in Bothell. It was advertised as swing, but the band was country western, so there was a lot of two stepping and set pieces we didn't really know. We had fun anyway.

outfit 5: long white skirt that twirled, white top, the nice dance shoes.

John and I did our waltz performance. It went well. I'm hoping there will be a youtube video I can post. All the follows were in flowing white and the leads in black.

outfit 6: jammies!
