Actually, I'm just assuming our performance rocked. Our video camera had technical difficulties, so we didn't capture it. But, we had a blast. Sean asked us to be doorways. We weren't there to perform but to show everyone the joy of zydeco and invite them in. He specifically told us to look at the crowd a lot and dance to them. I certainly did. At the end, we all invited members of the audience to dance. I asked a beginner, and we had a great time. I have to say I really like zydeco, but I also really like the process of getting ready for a performance. I like pushing my skills, learning choreography, getting to know the people in my class much better and having to work with them all as a group.
