My staff told me that I have to take my "Vitamin E" pill at the daytime, 11:00 AM, otherwise I don't get it at all. I'm upset because that pill is supposed to be for whenever I need it, NOT I have to take it certain times of the day. It's not fair.

Especially since not everybody's body works the same, and life doesn't work that way. Neither does my asthma. Plus, I took it and it didn't help my breathing like it normally does. The staff suggested my inhaler, I explained it doesn't work for me and gave me a rash one time. That's why I won't take it.

I don't want to go to the hospital for breathing issues, but obviously that's what I am going to try to get for me if this continues. I think I have a cold, or it might be the "Luvoxx". But I think it's a cold, if anything. I knew I should've worn a jacket, but didn't because I didn't think I had a jacket.
