Joelle said I couldn't call my mom at the apartment complex twice even when I asked her nicely, to check with my mom to see if I can spend the extra $3.00 I had on a "Frappe" at "McDonald's". I stated it's a violation of my "Spectrum" rights at least twice or three times, and then she was like "Fine, it's a violation of your "Spectrum" rights". Then I stormed off to call my mom and dad, they weren't available so I explained that she said I couldn't call my parents and go out, and then she's like "I never said that, I said I'll call the manager and talk to her about it".

Joelle said she let me phone call my mom, well she didn't- I had to sneak to get my phone calls and also Joelle came and since she couldn't do anything about it, she claimed she "let me call my mom", which she didn't. She didn't give me permission to. Then she was like "If you continue to lie, you won't get what you want" twice, and I explained that I DON'T LIE. I know she won't believe me, but I'm NOT the lying type. I'm really pissed off right now.
