I also have been trying to get into my three email accounts with a request for a new password. It is impossible now. Bottom line, I still cannot access my "Yahoo" email. Plus, Yahoo demands a cell phone number which is why I don't make new accounts on the website like I used to or have new accounts on here. This is why I have "Google", I know I can count on "Google" for excellent password retrieval, not requiring a phone number and other features like an easy to use mailing system.

After being a long-time active "Yahoo Mail" member, I can say I hate it now. It used to be a really excellent company, great news source, awesome password retrieval and all that jazz. Now they have the worst customer service on the planet. My account was hacked and the online help says call us, but it's unreliable. Now I not only don't have my three "Yahoo Mail" accounts back, but I also am fed up with them.
