I Should Be In Bed

Mood:
Annoyed

I should have stayed home from school today. I have a headache (hopefully it won't turn into a migraine or I won't start going numb again) and I'm dead tired. Sydney kept me up for most of the night bucking at imaginary bugs. And when he finally shut up, there were helicopters overhead and police sirens for the next half hour. No clue what was going on this morning. I'm just hoping that Lisa's curse of having helicopters follow her around isn't rubbing off on me. Rob's curse of attracting morons and retards already has. *le sigh*

Anyway, my Professor for Labor Law isn't even here today. We're just meeting during class to work on an arbitration project. I'm not even an arbitrator, an attorney, or a witness, I'm just one of the unlucky people who has to watch this shit and then write a paper on it. Joy. It's not graded so I think I might sleep during that class today. When they were picking who would do what for this project I felt like I was in Junior High gym class again. Always ignored and picked last. I have my Federal Income Tax class today because despite class protest, the Professor wouldn't cancel class. I don't have Corporations. That one is cancelled cause the Professor wanted to start his vacation early and didn't want us to have to be there if he wasn't going to be there. So I'm really only here for Tax. And I have friends I could get the notes from. So I should be at home sleeping. But I'm not. I'm at school. I hate being an adult and feeling responsible to do this crap. I would give anything to be a kid again.

On the bright side, I'm not a first year. Which means I actually get a Spring Break. Oops, I shouldn't have called it that. We're not allowed to call it a "Spring Break" around here. That would mean that we were going to have fun. It's a study/interview break. Blah. They can bite me. I'm going to New York and having fun. Anyway, the first years have to do their huge ass paper during Spring Break just as I had to do last year. So instead of working my ass off during break like I did last year, I get to have some fun this year. Yay. I really hope New York is cool.
