Today Rob and I met up with Mindy and we went back to the bridal shop to finish up on everything she needed for her maid of honor stuff. Lisa couldn't make it because she needed to work on things for school today. So Mindy ended up being the one to pick out the shoes, the purse, and the wrap. I'm glad we went when we did. It takes awhile for the alterations and the dying of the shoes. And the purse and wrap needed to be special ordered because they don't carry black in the store. But we ended up doing everything we needed. Now all Mindy needs to do is pick everything up when it comes in. And I just need to get all the style numbers out to Lisa, Donna, and Ellen. Once again I'm getting all giddy. My wedding is actually happening - and soon!

After the bridal shop we grabbed lunch and then made a stop at Payless. Mindy found some cute shoes and Rob found new sneakers, but they didn't have the work shoes I needed in my size. We then headed back to my place and Mindy headed off.

After Mindy left Rob and I took a breather and then we headed to the Glendale Galleria. We went to the Wherehouse where he got some gifts for his family and I picked up the soundtrack to Brokedown Palace. I had heard Lisa's once and loved it and was finally able to find a copy. After that we headed to KayBee Toys. Rob got a video game for one of his sisters and a Care Bear (Grumpy) for me. He's such a sweetie. He insisted on getting me something because I had gotten him two gifts for Xmas (the leather jacket and the D&D book) so he wanted to get me something else. *sigh* I kept telling him that the Palm Pilot was more than enough but he never listens to me about things like that. We then went to the Payless there and I was able to find some shoes that fit and that I could wear with a suit. Nothing amazing, but they fit and don't have heels and that's more than I can say for a lot of shoes out there. I also picked up a cute pair of low cut boots as well. I'm starting to like Payless. That shit is cheap (and cute)!

After the mall Rob and I headed back to our neck of the woods and got pizza at Vitello's. We then came home and watched some TV. Now we're just chilling out and he's baking cookies. He has work tomorrow and I start school on Tuesday (I would start tomorrow, however I don't have Monday classes). Ugh. I do not want to go back to school. *whimpers*

What Element Are You?

I don't know if I like this or not. I've always thought that gold was kind of tacky. Oh well.
