Last night just before Buffy and Smallville were about to come on, our cable went out. This really isn't odd, our cable is out more than it's on. Adelphia sucks big donkey schlong and I wish we could have either dish or another cable service provider. Unfortunately we're stuck with a company that provides us with static more than it does with TV shows.

Rob decided to fiddle around with the TV and see if he could get antenna reception. I swear, this man is MacGuyver. He took a metal hanger, an empty can of Mountain Dew, and attached them to the cable. The cable was out of the wall, but touching the wire which was touching the outside of the cable thing in the wall. From this we got TV reception. It wasn't very good reception, but it was watchable. We got to catch the tail end of Buffy (if anyone could drop me a line and fill me in on the first 45 minutes or so of the show I would greatly appreciate it) and all of Smallville. My honey kicks ass!
