I don't get it. When I try to fall asleep at night nothing happens. I toss and I turn and I stare at the ceiling. Finally (usually some time after 5am) I doze off. Once my alarm goes off (6am sharp) I can barely get out of bed. It's not that I'm not dead tired when I go to sleep, it's just that I can't sleep. Once again I got almost no sleep last night. I can barely keep my eyes open and I can't drink Red Bull anymore 'cause it was starting to give me chest pains. I'm here for another 13-14 hours and I have no clue how I'm going to stay awake. Ugh.

If you live in the Southern California area you might have noticed the wind this morning. Damn. I don't know if it's as bad where you are (I'm currently up in Malibu at school), but here it's BAD. Like bad enough that I hope my car doesn't tip over in the parking lot (which is at the top of a hill). And bad enough that people are having problems walking the few blocks down from the parking lot to the law school. I hope it lets up a bit 'cause this is insane. The law school building is even shaking a bit and it's not a tall building. There's a below ground floor where the classrooms are, the ground floor where the computer lab, the library, and the administrative offices are, and the top floor which is where the Professor's offices are. And yet this wind is making the ground floor where the computer labs are shake. That's can't be a good thing.

So, this whole new diet thing is weird. First off it makes you eat breakfast. I never eat breakfast because early in the morning anything that isn't water makes me want to vomit. But, you HAVE to eat breakfast. And the breakfast is weird. I had cold cut chicken. That was breakfast. Too weird, but if it works it will be worth it. And if this thing works on me then it can work on anyone, so I'll keep a running tab of what's going on with me weight wise. I'm not going to post my weight, but I will post how much I have lost or gained since the day I started it (yesterday).
