For those of you who live under rocks and don't already know, California now has a complete moron for a governor. We have an actor with no political experience (and no brain cells) running the state. *sigh* Even a corrupt politician would be better than this. While I do think it was a good thing to recall Davis, I have to wonder what the hell most of the people of this state were thinking when they were voting yesterday. How could anyone think that Arnold would be able to run a state? Did no one watch the debates? And I now have yet another reason to try as hard as I can to get a job in Chicago. Must. Leave. California.

Last night Rob, Berek, Pita, and I were going to go out for Berek's birthday. Unfortunately, plans fell through. Berek and Pita were going to be here around 6pm or so and then we would all head out. Their day time plans ran later than they thought and they didn't even get to Berek's house until 6:30pm. With traffic they would be lucky to have gotten to our place in an hour. Also, Berek was starting to get tired. So, we decided to hold off on plans and will go out to celebrate Berek's birthday sometime down the road.

Not much is going on around here today. I'm doing a ton of laundry and not much else. I know I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but I need a job. Or a life. Or *something* to do during the day. Aargh.
