Senate Passes Partial Birth Abortion Ban

I really hope that the courts overturn this. Apparently it applies to "medically necessary procedures" as well. Which means if you're not in your first trimester of pregnancy and find out that you will not survive birth, you have no options. A woman should always be allowed to choose if she wants to die for her child to be born. A woman should always be allowed to decide what she wants to do with her body.

On one hand, this country never ceases to dissappint me. On the other hand, that just fuels my fire to go into politics and make a difference.
