This morning we had to chip away at large things of ice that tried to disguise themselves as snow so that we could get my car out of my Mom's garage. Because of the ice storm on Saturday everything that should have been snow (a lot of inches) was actually ice. *meep* My strong hubby was able to clear the way enough to pull my car out of the garage. After clearing the driveway and getting ready we headed back home.

Luckily, the drive home this time was uneventful. We weren't pulled over and the cop wasn't in the spot where he nailed us on Friday. *shakes fist* We made a potty pit stop and the drive went well.

Well, almost well. Gabriel was asleep for part of the drive, but the rest of the time he was screaming a shrill banshee like scream.

When we got home we unpacked and went through all of our mail. We also made up the character sheet for my new D&D character. I'm once again trying a good character (yes, I know, scary) and am giving one more shot at a half-celestial paladin. We'll see if it works out. I bathed the Poopchuck and gave him a green cow bath toy (one of the ones from the set I bought him at the Dubuque aquarium). We also watched Heroes. No more until next year. *snifflewah*
