Okay, so I typically don't post much, just too darn busy, but I do read alot of blogs and I am intrigued by the basic write down random thoughts type of blog so I thought I might give that a try. Not that I think anyone will even read it... or rather, that anyone will really care what I say.

I have had several random celebrity encounters over the years. (I'm not counting the times I actually worked with famous people, which I did alot of in LA, these are actual completely random encounters.)

Stars I have seen up close and personal, but didn't speak to, include:

James Avery: The guy who plays the dad on the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Saw him at the baggage claim at LAX. He has really small feet.

Apollo Anton Ono: The Olympic Gold Medalist for Speed Skating in 2002. Charlie and I passed by him at the Atlanta Airport in March 2002. He is really short.

Frankie Muniz: Malcolm in the Middle. Charlie and I saw him at Universal City Walk in LA in March 2002. (same trip as the Anton Ono sighting) He was surrounded by a group of "friends" and looked really miserable. Plus he is super short.

David Caruso: NYPD Blue and failed movie star. My family and I saw him driving in Beverly Hills back in the late 1990s. I looked over and he was driving along right next to me. He was driving a crappy early 1990s Black Mustang. And yes I yelled "Hey Ike, do your impression of David Caruso's career."

Nick Carter: Backstreet Boys. He had chartered a boat in the little lagoon between Epcot, the Boardwalk, and MGM at Disney World. If I had had anything to throw at him I would have, but I didn't want to waste my handful of gravel.

Man, I am a celebrity magnet... or not.
