It's been quite a long time since I've felt this much joy and happiness for someone other than my immediate family. And it feels very very good.

Just this weekend we learned that two of our probably closest friends are engaged. I was so excited when I was told. These two are just the most wonderful people. We've known one of them for many many years, and the other for just a few, but they are wonderful, kind, giving, and caring people and I couldn't be happier to know that they will be getting married.

I'm absolutely THRILLED about this and I wish them all the best.
