Yep, it's got it, just like every other one does. It smells like a new car.

Probably because it IS a new car.

Yesterday afternoon we went out and bought a new Toyota Camry Hybrid. We bought the base model, as that was all we wanted. The only possible additions were sunroof, heated front seats/outside mirrors, satellite radio, navigation system, remote engine start, and leather seats. We didn't want any of them.

When we got in to test drive the car, it had 4 miles on it, after two test drives (we each drove it-with the sales guy shoved in back next to LB's centered car seat) it had 11 miles on it. We did everything then and there and even traded in my Mystique. That trade in was mixed. I had it for 11.5 years and it served me well, but I no longer trusted it to get me places especially somewhat distant places. They didn't give us a bundle for it, but between the age, the manual transmission, and the pedal extensions, I couldn't really complain.

It's sliver, they call it Titanium Metallic, which is good, in that it's a light color, but also not so interesting. You can get the regular Camry in this lovely light blue color, but not the hybrid. It's available in a light green which is kind of funky, but I probably would have gotten if they'd have had it. Since we got the base model, our choices of color were silver, black, metallic blue (dark to royal depending on the light), or dark gray, and with Phil's black PT cruiser, we thought a light colored car would be better.

So far so good, but we've only had it 24 hours so far. We'll see how it performs over time.

But with the Mystique, the car didn't need a name, as Mystique was cool enough as it is, but this one, I think it needs a name, but I'll have to enlist some help in naming it probably.

I don't have any great pictures of the actual car (Phil did take some yesterday but nothing great) so I've pulled some from the web instead, but here's what it looks like:
