Khaos' Goals, Diet & Exercise Plan Information
Goals:
• Lose 1-2 lbs per week until healthy (for me) weight is obtained.
My goals, progress, food, exercise, and such are being tracked on Fit Day
• Increase walking ability to a normal, healthy level, or as close to it as I realistically am able.
• Bring blood glucose levels to normal.
• Keep blood pressure at a healthy level.
