The beach was crowded that night. The sun was setting and high school graduates of Beacon Hills were laughing. A few guys from the band from school just finished a song. Everyone clapped and whistled. Couples formed around and created a circle around this one couple in particular.
"Come on you two!" a girl form the crowd shouted at them. The girl in the circle smiled. She looked up at her partner with sharp green eyes. Her brown hair flew around her face as she smiled at him.
"Have any ideas, Trish?" He shouted over the crowd. Trish's smile got wider. She met his brown eyes and an idea formed. She reached up and ruffled his brown hair.
"I got one!" Trish said. He stepped back and took a small bow. Trish laughed and opened her mouth.
"Oh everyone wants to be
Somebody for somebody else

Oh, all I want to be
Is somebody for only you." She sang.

"Everyone wants to be
What they want to see

All I want to be
Is someone you'll be willing to see." He sang.

"Oh, this tiny, tiny melody
Oh, this sweetest, sweetest melody
The one everyone wants to hear

All I ever want you to hear
Is this tiny, tiny melody of mine." She sang.

"Everyone wants to be
Better than themselves

All I want to be
Is the best part of you." He sang.

"Oh, everyone wants to be
The perfect one in a crowd

All I ever want to be
Is perfect for you." She sang. The crowd clapped a beat. The couple circled each other.

"I love you, Jason." Trish said.
"I love you, Trisha." Jason said.
