John sent us the following note this morning:

We will be staying at a working farm at the far end of Hegranes, a sort of island in the middle of Skagafjörður. The farm is called Keldudalur. It is on a dirt road about 9 km south of route 75. It is quite central, about 20 minutes from everywhere.

The house itself is a modern wood house with several rooms in a beautiful location. However, it only has one bathroom, so things may get a little tight in the morning. We will also have to vacate two of the rooms over the weekend of the 28th. I hope it will not be too inconvenient.

We have a computer lab set up at Hólar, where we will also eat dinner and shower / swim. We have set up a soil lab out at Hlidarhus. Keldudalur, Hólar, and Hlidarhus are all 20 minutes away from each other in a three-pointed star configuration. We will be driving a lot.
