Just went to Ralan's market directory to get the specifics for how to submit to Cicada and discovered that the magazine is "overbooked and closed to submissions until further notice."

I still think it's the perfect market for this particular story, so I'm going to hold onto it and wait rather than send it out just for the sake of having it out there.
