A Revilement of The Cat In The Hat


I will not read the Hatted Cat.
I do not like its manners Frat.

I will not read it to my son.
I will not teach him to hate fun.

I want him to be brave and bold.
I want to help his world unfold.

The Cat is rude and does not care
If antics break things here and there.

This is not good. This is not great.
This is a model that I hate.

Mess is good if mess is fun.
But callousness hurts everyone.
