Weigh & Measure #3

I need to get a hold of a bodyfat monitor (other than the dorky one on my scale which is hugely inaccurate) so that I can track my fat loss as well as muscle loss or gain. I remember that when I was doing the contest prep five years age, the trainers that Kelly and I were going to would do a full-blown bodyfat measurement every two weeks. They would then correlate that to what the scale showed as far as weight loss, and determine how much actual fat we lost. And, I distinctly remember one week when I was very proud of myself for having lost five pounds since the last assessment, and then getting soundly berated because I'd lost one pond of fat and four pounds of muscle. They then proceeded to go over my diet diary with a fine-toothed comb, and then got on my case for not eating enough and not eating the right stuff.

However, for now I'm pretty pleased with my progress since the inches are definitely slipping off. :)
