Whew! "Yearning For Metamorphosis" changed to "Who Shaves The Barber?" sent to the participants of the Strange Horizons workshop. It's 5000 words, three hundred words more from the previous version. I had cut some words and added others (including 600 words tonight). It's a better story. This is closer to the vision I had when I first wrote it. I like it.

Perhaps this isn't the story I should have sent? It should be a story that needs work. Well, I think I still need some feedback on it. Besides, this wasn't the story I started working with to send to the workshop. I hit the a brick wall with the other story I had planned to send. Then the other day at the day job something clicked and I knew what I needed for "Yearning For Metamorphosis." It was cool to see it so clearly.

More thoughts on this later. Must go sleep.
