I worked 24.5 hours in two days at my day job, plus today I worked forty five minutes over. This makes up some of the time I'll be missing while at Surrey. The weather has been cold and wet so I had to work out in that. I'm beat from those long, weathered days.

I'm looking forward to the conference this weekend. I still need to work on the novel pitches. Thursday at Surrey (or call it SIWC)they have these master classes. I'm going to the one at four thirty, Don Maass's class on character. Should be just one educational experience out of many over the weekend.
