Hey, Rob: Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die. :) Yesterday was one long day of running behind. Surprised I caught up with myself in time to go to bed last night. I visited my 'Hair God' to get the purple retouched - no problem. However, on my way out there I got a call from an attorney/mediator to meet for lunch. Rather than postpone and have to drive out to SCV again, lunch was set. The lunch put a slight rush on my appointment with Martin, but it was well worth it. I was only a couple minutes late to meet at the office, but since I am always the early person I was very harried about it. We went to Elephant Bar, sat and chatted, I picked his brain, and I got feedback for a niche I want to create based on my Masters. All in all, it was a very beneficial meeting. From there, I was running behind to make it to Teen Court - ten years in session now - at the courthose. Made it with a few minutes to spare, but still I am not a person who operates well by rushing. Teen Court went very well; only two cases, but one had five defendants. Both juries did an amazing job making the punishments fit the violations. Very good session. from there I was running behind to make it to the Debate Party at SCV Republican HQ. Made it there with some time to spare. The debate, the crowd that gathered, and the food was all wonderful. Kev does a great job putting this stuff together. I got some baby time with Kev's and Christine's baby, Delaney. I love that she falls asleep on my shoulder. Anyhow, the Congressman called in after the debate and talked to some people who had attended the debate party. Wish there were more politicians like him. I liked working for him in DC; he really is a great man. After the debate, I finally seemed to catch up with myself. On the way home I relaxed a bit from feeling off kilter. Talked to Rob for awhile once I got home and then crashed. Slept an entire night...well, kinda. I woke up early, but I was able to go back to sleep for the first time in a long time. Nice. I am off and going again today. I swear, if I don't hurt myself again I will be amazed. I had a breakfast meeting this am at The Griddle. Yummy. I had Sow Your Oats pancakes. *drools* Stopped by home for a pit stop and to finish some email stuff. Got going on this and, well, now realize I have to get off my a** and finish the sh** I have to get done today. Post Office, The Signal, Barnes and Noble, and then back home. There's some serious picking up to do before Rob comes over tonight. I think I have a bedroom floor under all the crap... Tomorrow - ArrowFest. YAY!!!
