OK- Here goes. Everyone always starts out with music that they remember. So, why be different? I grew up on Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson, and other country artists. I knew that David Cassidy, of Partridge Family fame got the chicks, so I grew my hair like him. As far as toys go, I never had a big wheel, nor did I ever have one of those three cool schwinn bikes; cherry picker, apple crate, lemon peel. I still want one today. I had, and still do have, numerous hot wheels, my favorite was probably the Sanke and Mongoose, and yes, I still have the track...in a box. I also still have my NFL Electric Football (the one where the playerss run in endless circles and you use a peice of cotton for a football. I also loves legos, licoln logs, operation...take a note here...NO VIDEO GAMES. In fact, the first video game ever made was PONG...hahahaha...remmber that joke? Dou you remember razles candy? How about Flicks? I think Flicks are making a comeback. Did you get Kool Aid as a kid? I lived on Carnation Instant Breakfast. I remember going to the movies to see The Sting and The Vanishing Point. My favorite tv show was Creature Features. My favorite cartoons were Ultraman, Kimba, and Speed Racer. I loved the way that all the characters in Speed Racer used run-on sentances. Was Trixy really Speed's sister? Girlfriend? Both? I asked my wife, who is only two years younger, to name off things she remembers: Lassie was her favorite tv show; she can't seem to remember much more...maybe she really is older than me...
