See...I told you they were crooks. Anyone that asks for money "in advance" to help you with a loan modification, or with your credit, is a scam artist. If they want the money "in advance" for anything- they are probably going to pocket it and never do anything for it. You will, most likely, never get your money back. Also- James Parsa- the owner of Parsa Law Group- should never been allowed to practice law in the state of California. Just type his name in Google search, and you will see why. He is a felon who never reported his crime to the Attorney General. I am thinking that maybe I should just ask everyone to send me half of what he required- like $1500- and I will try to negotiate your loan mods...if just 100,000 of you respond- I can retire. Humm....funny that an attorney has never tried to sue me for false statements- so, you KNOW they are true. I tried to warn you...
