I just can not get into the playoffs. One, they take too long. Too many damn days off between games. Second- the scores. As I have stated numerous times, in the past, it is not "good defense"; it is "terrible offense". I long for the 144-136 final scores. As far as basketball, I "yawn" at 90-80 final scores. However, the opposite is true in baseball. As far as baseball, I miss the old 3-2 final scores. I am not that old- I am only 48- but I grew up with pitchers battles...and I grew up with basketball games full of offense, and excitement. Too bad. These "finals" have had close games, and I am pulling for the MAvs- as I like Jason Kidd...and I can not stand James. That man was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and could care less what other people think of him- or who he hurts along the way. I love Tyson Chandler- did any of you catch the insight into his upbringing tonight on tv? Chandler is a country kid- at heart- who remembers where he came from and does not flaunt where he is now. Did you hear how his teamates talked about Chandler riding horses? Oh well...I just hope Dallas can squeak one more win out and shut up James. Too bad...I like Bosh and Wade and most of the heat...just hate James and his ego. Kind of the way I hate Barry Bonds...I had to work him back into my blog somehow. What a stretch...huh?
