So guess what? Morrisons sold out of "The Two Towers" at eleven o'clock this morning....just a few hours before Patrick could go on lunch break to look for it.

Ohhhh, the frustrations.

We are such unhappy addicts.

But the darned thing is at least £5 more expensive at every other store in town (and a LOT more in Borders and HMV).

Much frustration. Much gnashing of teeth. Much cursing of the security guard who wouldn't let us in to buy it last night (five whole minutes before the store was due to close).

But apple muffins await.

Maybe we'll actually get some writing done tonight?????
