My re-designed website went up today! One of the best things about being married to a website developer is that when I said I kinda felt like getting a new look for my website (after 4 years of the old design), Patrick brought home a perfect book on website design for me to read, talked through exactly what kinds of colors I might want for the site, went through CSS Zengarden with me looking for the styles of websites that caught my eye...then went off on his own and did a huge re-design for me that perfectly matches what I wanted (even though I could never have thought it up on my own). I love my new website, and I love the way it perfectly gives the feel of my novels. And best of all, it took so little work (from me, that is)! I said "The background should be deep red, and I want it to have a theater-curtain feel, and I want old paper and I want a cool mask" and lo! it was all done for me.

I am a very, very lucky woman.

Apart from that, my biggest news is that I'm hip-deep in Chapter Four of Kat by Moonlight and still having lots of fun. Next, I'm contemplating some time spent collaging the novel's plot and characters...but I have to admit, this is less for the sake of working out the rest of the book, and more because collaging is just so much fun...
