Life in "Green Acres" has left me with a void of cultural stimulation.

There are a few of us in the area who have moved in from surrounding areas of "normalcy". We have decided to start a Book Club together. This way we can have an excuse to get together regularly. And, most importantly, we can have a format for stimulating dialogue and discussion. We are starting with the Book, "Life of Pi" written by Yann Martel. Our goal is to read one book a month.

My aunt who is home recovering from surgery for 6 weeks is going to read it along with us even though she won't be able to come to the meeting. That got me thinking.... It would be fun to have anyone else that would like to join us as well..... we can discuss it online instead of in person....
