Allex just got home safe and sound! My Mom pulled in the driveway at 3am. I carried him into bed and she unloaded all his little treasures. Mom stumbled a bit from exhaustion, but she was in great spirits.

It sounds like they had an amazing time - better than she could have hoped for. I'll hear more about the trip tomorrow. For now, Allex is tucked in tightly and I don't think he'll be waking up any time soon :-)

I missed him a lot while he was gone!!! I'm glad he's home! But I bet this is something he'll never forget. What a great experience for him. I talked to him every day on the phone and each time I did, he was animated and happy and content. He never cried or got scared. I'm so proud of him!
