Enjoy the ride.

I've been learning how to create Websites for my premiere Listings and how to market them extensively. I've received response in recent weeks from Australia, Germany and now Scotland.

I've read in the Wall Street Journal that Russians in particular are buying in the US. And I've heard from local shop owners that Europeans have been visiting and doing all their Christmas Shopping here. The currency exchange rate is definitely in their favor right now. I've even seen it with my local clients too. Some have their money invested in foreign markets and are using the returns to purchase property.

I remember about 7 years ago, a friend of mine spent a month in Europe. He said everything was so cheap for him because the dollar was a lot stronger. Now we are seeing the reverse. I wish I'd gone to Europe then!

Now is an interesting time to be involved in Real Estate. I'm enjoying the challenge of reaching the International community and learning the nuances of website development. And I love talking with folks from around the world.

I've made two websites. My first is www.SolySombra.tv www.YosemiteEstate.us is my second. And there is also my personal site, www.KoriSmith.com. I'm definitely still a beginner, but I'm enjoying learning more!

Enjoy the ride. Currently, I live in a small 'crossroad' town in the Sierra Nevada foothills. I'm raising a wonderful son, cultivating a promissing career in Real Estate and enjoying every day! I'm involved in many community activities, charitable organizations and do LOTS of Yoga! Life is a great ride. Things change, I adapt and follow the 'road' with love and humility.
