I placed an order on amazon for a bunch of button batteries I'd had trouble finding elsewhere. They've been trickling in of the past few days, and I've powered up a bunch of neat little gadgets at home. The batteries that came in today were for my wifi detector. When I was showing off my newly working toy, a co-worker asked me, "didn't your friend at Google give that to you?" I looked down at the gray piece of plastic and saw that the logo had worn off.

I didn't know how to answer.
